The Baguio Table Lamp Wood is a 3D-printed sphere with a fine spiral pattern and a reflective light source at its heart. Look into the opening, and the inside of the sphere is reflected as an iris.

What you see

From the inside out, you see three layers. In the center, the opening you look through yourself, reflected as a dark pupil. Surrounding that is the inner wall of the sphere, featuring the pattern. You see those two layers in daylight and in the dark. The third layer only appears when the lamp is on: a glowing ring, light reflecting against the inside of the diffuser.

Wood is a light choice

For Baguio table lamps, wood is more than just a color. It is a material with fine wood fibers that determine the appearance of the lamp and the light. The composite allows light to pass through the wall, causing the entire sphere to glow softly and creating a warm ambiance in the room. With black, the light only emerges through the openings, creating a distinct contrast between the sphere and the light. When off, the surface looks like light pine: the fibers are both visible and tactile.

• Legal warranty: the lamp must perform as you may reasonably expect. If something breaks during normal use, please get in touch - even after a longer period of time.
• You can replace the included light source yourself if it breaks; I can also supply these upon request. If the light source fails sooner than expected, please contact me viathe repair form

Frequently Asked Questions

Can the light source be replaced?
Yes. The light source is included; a standard mirror-head LED: E14 for the 14 cm, E27 for the 21 and 28 cm. I can also supply these separately upon request.
How much light does the lamp give off?
On a bedside table, every size provides enough light for reading. The material, color, and size determine how much light is cast into the room.
Is the lamp dimmable?
Yes, the included LED light source is dimmable as standard. You can choose a dimmer or a switch. If you choose a switch now, a dimmer can also be installed later.

Where can I put the lamp?
The 14 and 21 cm models look great on a windowsill, nightstand, desk, in a cabinet, or on a side table. The 28 cm model is better suited for a cabinet or a larger table. Do not place the lamp in direct sunlight or near a heat source: the wood composite will deform at temperatures of 50 °C and above.
Can parts be replaced?
Yes. Because I make and assemble the lamps myself, I can replace every part. Fill out the form and let me know what you need, and you will hear back within two business days about the possibilities.
