Nature Specials

PHA
PolyHydroxyAlkanoate. This material has a silk-matt surface and a deformation temperature of around 110 °C. Renewable, bio-based material; made by microorganisms. Of course we hope that our products last for generations, but nothing is infinite. When the 3D-printed lamps made of this material eventually become unusable, the material can be recycled to make a new product or it can be composted in the backyard, without leaving any microplastics behind.

Wood
Bio-based composite based on PLA and 30% recycled pinewood fibers with a matt surface and a deformation temperature around 60 °C.

Flax
Bio-based composite based on PLA and flax fibers with a matt surface and a deformation temperature around 60 °C.

Elephant grass
Bio-based composite based on PLA and 10% elephant grass with a matt surface and a deformation temperature around 60 °C.
